HEALTH SCIENCE

Beavercreek Students:

Prom tickets are on sale for  BHS students. Students need to log on to their GoCreek accounts for the information. If you you’re your passwords reset, they'll need to EMAIL me at [email protected].

BHS Prom 2025 is rapidly approaching (Saturday, April 26th from 7:00 - 10:00), so as students and their families begin preparing for this special event, we wanted to communicate Prom information now.

The 2025 BHS Prom will again be held at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. A hangar has been reserved that provides a special, unique background and atmosphere for our students, complete with Air Force planes and displays, a large seating and dance area, and flight simulators that students will be able to enjoy during the evening. We believe that this location will give BHS students a one-of-a-kind Prom experience.

As Wright Patterson Air Force Base is a federal military installation, Prom will need to adhere to the security standards and restrictions on the base. Students attending Prom will need to pass through metal detectors to gain entry to the dance, so any metal objects besides car keys will need to be left outside of the Prom location. Additionally, purses will be searched before entry. Any security issues that arise during the dance will fall under the jurisdiction of base security, but base personnel have been in communication with BHS school resource officers to ensure that each student will have a fun and safe experience.

As in past years, Prom 2025 will be held as an exclusive event for Juniors and Seniors only. Seniors will be the only group allowed to bring an outside guest, provided that their outside guest is a current Junior, Senior, or is one-year removed from high school. Outside guest forms will be made available for Seniors who wish to bring an outside guest who meets these requirements. These policies will help us to provide the unique dance environment that students have requested while protecting our ability to deliver a secure, entertaining Prom experience for all of our attendees.

Tickets will go on sale April 9th using Hometown Ticket.  The earlybird rate is $35 per ticket if purchased prior to April 23rd.  All sales after that point will be $50 per ticket.  Sales will close at 7:00 pm on April 26th.  There will be no extension past 7:00 pm on April 26th.  The ticket process will create an individualized digital ticket for each attendee, similar to Homecoming this year, that will be scanned upon student entry into Prom.
